Science Laboratory Technology Program focuses on the fundamental principles of the biological and physical sciences and emphasizes analytical laboratory techniques and applications, specifically in the realms of chemistry and biology.

    • COURSE DESCRIPTION

    This course basically teaches students how to collect, and analyze different body fluids like Blood, Urine etc. Individuals that intend to study this course must have interest in Biology and Chemistry and should pay close attention to them from secondary school. Graduates of this course assist doctors and Nurses in testing patients specimen for ailments like Malaria etc.
    Lab techs work in diverse settings which include health care, industry, research, and educational institutions. Lab techs may work in a wide variety of fields such as medicine, biology, chemistry, electronics, geology and the environment.
